从任何东西（目录、URL、粘贴笔记、或你刚一起做的事）提炼可复用 skill，或用新学习精炼现有 skill。用户说 /learn、learn this、turn this into a skill、capture this workflow、make a skill from <source>、或 improve/update the <name> skill 时使用。产出或更新按 NanoClaw skill 指南编写的 .claude/skills/<name>/SKILL.md。（这是从来源创建/精炼 skill；非从注册表安装现有 skill。）
