Nextflow 生信流程

端到端构建、运行与调试 Nextflow 数据管线与 nf-core 工作流。当用户提到 Nextflow、nf-core、.nf 文件、nextflow.config、DSL2、process/channel/operator、samplesheet，或想跑社区流程（如 nf-core/rnaseq、nf-core/sarek）、用 nf-test 写/测模块或子工作流、配置执行器/容器（Docker、Singularity/Apptainer、Conda、Wave）、把工作流扩到 HPC/SLURM 或云（AWS Batch、Google Batch、Azure、Kubernetes），或调试失败/-resume 运行。即使没说 Nextflow，任何可复现科学/生信工作流也应用本技能；亦用于编写符合 nf-core 规范的流程、模块、配置与 lint。
