用 SWA CLI 创建、配置与部署 Azure Static Web Apps。部署静态站到 Azure、设 SWA 本地开发、配置 staticwebapp.config.json、给 SWA 加 Azure Functions API、或为 Static Web Apps 设 GitHub Actions CI/CD 时使用。
